Homebuyers Chartered Surveyors are RICS Chartered Building Surveyors who provide informative and independent Homebuyers Reports, Building Surveys and Structural Reports across Lancashire, Cumbria and West Yorkshire. We aim to provide a personal and friendly service with the hope of taking a little bit of the stress out of the property buying process.
Established in Lancashire in 2002 Homebuyers Chartered Surveyors was created to specialise in residential survey work. Homebuyers Chartered Surveyors quickly realised that people required excellent, personal and informative customer service, from a company that was interested and passionate enough about what they do to take the time to speak to them; talk through anything they didn’t understand and give an honest and common sense opinion.
We pride ourselves on having done our homework, being approachable, hard working, thorough, friendly and still fresh enough to find our work interesting.
As with most things a good product combined with excellent customer service works better than any all singing all dancing website, clever marketing or fancy advertising.
Consequently, we have grown into a practice of like-minded Chartered Building Surveyors and Building Engineers who have the same ethos, working in partnership to provide a comprehensive service across Lancashire, Cumbria and West Yorkshire.
